DO YOU HAVE TO REGISTER TO ATTEND? Yes, please make sure all your friends/family that plan on attending register since it its required to sign the event waiver online when you do.
WHERE DO I GO WHEN I ARRIVE? Check-in at the Registration Tent & pick up your bib and participant bags.
BIBS - You will pick up your walk bib (worn on the FRONT of your shirt)
CHECK-IN BEGINS at 7:30 a.m. - Get there on time to enjoy all our activities!
VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS - If you’re joining from home: At 9:00 AM you can tune into the live-streamed Ceremony on our Facebook group here, and then head out to bring TEAL to your community your way. Post and tag your photos when you’re out and about with #TogetherInTEAL.
T-SHIRTS
You will pick up your T-shirt at the Registration Tent (for those who have fundraised to $100+).
TEAM PICK-UP - T-shirts are picked up at the Registration tent. If you have a team, we will BUNDLE your team shirts Only Team Captains can pick up the T-shirts for those on their teams.
TEAM CAPTAINS please call Jamie Aiken at 520-342-4288 if you want to pick up all your team’s items together. When you are on your way, text 520-342-4288 with your team name, last name, and first name, and we will have your items ready for your pickup. Team members- remember that only Team Captains can pick up the tee shirts for your team.

MISSION VILLAGE - Please visit! Information on clinical trials, how to get involved, NOCC resources, TEAM TEAL, and more! Go through all 4 tents and receive a key chain!
SURVIVOR PAVILIVON- Anyone diagnosed with ovarian cancer is invited to this Tent. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast provided by Solterra/Sudexo. Leave your handprint on our annual Survivor banner, meet other teal sisters, & pick up your bib, T-shirt, beads, wands, NOCC gift, Survivor Bag and much more.
TEAM VILLAGE - The Top 2023 Fundraising Teams will have their own Tent in the Team Village. There will be a place near the Festivities for other Teams to meet and gather!
TOGETHER IN TEAL LANE – Visit with Local Vendors, Health Care Providers, sponsors and wonderful Community Organizations!
CHANCE TO WIN!!! - Purchase raffle tickets and/or bid on great items that have been donated! All major credit cards and cash accepted - 100% of proceeds donated to NOCC.
SPIRIT ZONE - Come enjoy arts & crafts, games and more for the entire family
MEMORIAL TENT - Forever in Our Hearts - We invite families who have lost a loved one to ovarian cancer to bring a photo of their loved one to hang in the tent
DONATIONS - Donations are welcome and truly help support the ovarian cancer community. You may bring donations or donate at our REGISTRATION TENT. Checks should be payable to NOCC, and all major credit cards/cash are welcome! We appreciate any help you can provide.
