DO YOU HAVE TO REGISTER TO ATTEND? Yes, please make sure all your friends/family that plan on attending register.
WHERE DO I GO WHEN I ARRIVE? Check-in at the Registration Tent & pick up your bib and participant bag
BIBS - You will pick up your walk bib (worn on the FRONT of your shirt)
CHECK-IN BEGINS at 8:30 a.m. - Get there early to enjoy all our activities!
VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS - If you’re joining from home: At 9:30 AM, you can tune into the live-streamed Ceremony on our Facebook group here, and then head out to bring TEAL to your community your way. Post and tag your photos when you’re out and about with #Knowovarian.
T-SHIRTS
You will pick up your T-shirt at the Registration Tent (for those who have fundraised to $100+).
TEAM PICK-UP - T-shirts are picked up at the Registration tent. If you have a team of 5 or more people, we will BUNDLE your team shirts - please send ONE person from your team to pick up from the registration tent.
Celebrating Survivors
Survivor Tent - Please come to the Survivor Tent and meet Survivors in all stages of their journey. Enjoy fellowship and some healthy snacks. If you don’t think you can walk the route, there will be plenty of people in the Survivor Tent to keep you company!
Survivor Swag - Here, you will pick up your Survivor shirt and Survivor Bag with lots of goodies!
Handprint Banner - Place your handprints and the year you were diagnosed on the banner (we have gloves and paint) and leave your mark!
Teal Beads – Receive a strand of teal beads to wear at the event. One strand is given to mark each year since the original diagnosis.

REGISTRATION - Anyone who raised $100 or more, please come to the Registration Tent to receive your T-shirt. We are so thankful to all of you who raised money to support NOCC.
MISSION VILLAGE - We invite you to explore Mission Village and learn how NOCC is fulfilling our Mission “To prevent and cure ovarian cancer and to improve the quality of life of survivors and caregivers. ”You will also learn more about the work being done in your community and beyond to support survivors, caregivers, and families. Collect a passport and enjoy the activities as you explore the village.
TEAM VILLAGE -The Top 2023 Fundraising Teams will have their own 10x10 Tent in the Team Village. There will be a place near the Festivities for other Teams to meet and gather!
TOGETHER IN TEAL TENT – Visit with Sponsors, Local Vendors, Health Care Providers, and wonderful Community Organizations!
SPIRIT TENT – Ears Over Fears – All ages are welcome to decorate some Mickey Mouse-type Ears with your sparkling creativity! Face Painting, Balloon creations and more!
CHANCE TO WIN -Win some amazing items so generously donated by our local businesses! Ticket sales begin at 8:30 AM. and close at 11:00 AM. Cost: 3 tickets for $5.00 and 19 Tickets for $20.00. NOCC will accept major credit cards, cash and checks. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. Winners will be placed on the boards at 11:30 AM.
MEMORIAL TENT - Forever in Our Hearts - We want to honor those who attend in remembrance of a loved one. If you are a legacy family, please bring a photo to hang in our memorial tent and write a message to honor those gone too soon. We hope this will be a healing experience for you.
ENTERTAINMENT –The Outlet Dance Complex will entertain you with their wonderful performances!

DONATIONS - Donations are welcome and truly help support the ovarian cancer community. You may bring donations or donate at our REGISTRATION TENT. Checks should be payable to NOCC, and all major credit cards/cash are welcome! We appreciate any help you can provide.
